Registration Directions for Choice Solutions

To quickly and accurately register with Choice Solutions, please follow the steps below in their entirety. 

Please fill out all items listed below in full. Double and triple check.

 **If you are waiting on an emergency license, please write in the blank EMERGENCY.

Please have your Xactimate Net address ready to go. 

** If you are in the process of activating it please put in the space PROCESSING.

TO BEGIN:

Go to www.choice-opt.com and click Register.  Keep in mind that our registration system is encrypted, so your information will be secure and private.

Put your Xactnet address in box “b” of the software experience section.

Certifications & Licenses

If you have your license # & expiration date handy for any state that you want to work in that requires a license, enter them there.

Once you have completed your registration log back in using the username and password you created and go to “My Profile” and

Scroll down to the very bottom of the page and you should see 2 links in blue that say “E-Sign Document”. E-sign BOTH the Agreement & the W9  Be sure to hit save after signing!

You will get an email from info@choicessi.com with each assignment that provides you with the claim requirements and gives you a link to the documents and guidelines that you’ll need to work the claim.

We offer direct deposit, pay twice a month and we will pay you BEFORE the carrier pays us. 

You will recieve an email from Bill.com 5 days before your first eligible pay period to fill in your direct deposit information.
